I’M BACK!!!

Hello?

Okay. Well, I’ll just start talking and maybe some folks will find their way here as time passes.

How the heck are you, folks? It’s been a wild few weeks! I’m about to wrap the filming on my projects and then its into post-production. I’ll still be busy, but at least it won’t be the 16-hour shooting days that I’ve been experiencing this past 10 days or so. So, while I’ll be locked in the editing room trying to bring this all together, I’ll be able to poke my 鼻子 in here every day again.

Believe it or not, I’ve actually managed to keep my studies on a slow simmer the past few weeks. It’s not the full rolling boil it was when I did my Octagon training (read: Practice Plan), but I have managed to listen to some lessons on the way to and from the shoots. My retention on the written characters is worse than ever, but I’ve just started writing letters to my friend from Chengdu and hopefully that will help a bit.

For some reason, the new Qing Wen episodes aren’t downloading automatically from iTunes. I don’t know what’s up with that, but I don’t like it. No, sir, I don’t like it one bit!

Anyway, this is my only day off for a while, so I’m going to watch 宁静 and comfort myself that some people’s tones are worse than mine.
