Server problems

To all our fellow CPodders,

We just recently discovered that one of our major servers are down and we are now working trying to get it back up and running again. We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences that this has caused and hopefully, we can restore this specific server by the end of the day.

Kind regards,

Eileen

Looks like it’s still taking some time to bring the archives online: I’ve been trying to “get” newbie podcasts 21-39 through iTunes and they’re not loading. Direct linking to chinesepodmp3.com is still down too… I’ll try later, I suppose!

(I keep hoping that outages mean that V3 is coming online… ;-> )

And now it is all working again. Thank you!

I seem to still be having problems. I added some of your podcast link widgets to my lesson page and they won’t work. However, someone in china mentioned that they worked when he clicked ‘em. Can anyone help me figure out if the problem is your servers, your widgets, or my web page? :) thanks … http://effectivechinese.google.....rinchinese

    Hi Eric,

Bazza might have found the root of the problem about embedding the chinesepod widgets in this post.

Someone could seed the torrents in the meanwhile…
