Quick updates

St Patrick

A couple of quick updates of some non V3 issues.

- I will lead the first ever St Patrick’s Day Parade in Shanghai tomorrow morning, dressed as the holy man himself. (Go figure.) Here’s what the Shanghai Daily have to say about it.

- Learning guru signs up: Elliot Masie is a highly influential thought leader in the field of learning. Today he blogged about his decision to learn Chinese with ChinesePod.

- Meanwhile, Rick Nigol, an expert in e-learning, with many years experience in the field also blogged about his decision to learn with us today.

We’re in good company.

Btw, Happy St Patrick’s Day.

Hello, Ken! Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you! Wow, I can’t imagine how you gonna look like when you lead a band of Irish in the streets of Shanghai… dressed like St. Patrick himself! (is that him in the picture?) :) Kindly put some pictures on the flickr site, please… Did Jenny join you?

She (Amanda Vanstone) said she needed help to prepare and deliver speeches in Mandarin because it was a difficult language.

I am told that this was Yao Ming’s response to Shaquille O’Neil’s message of ching-chong-yang-wah-ah-soh

Did you wear your green Leprechaun hat? (Just did the mild swearing in Chinese lesson today. :)
