Service Disruption Report - Thursday, July 27th

Please be advised that ChinesePod.com experienced a service disruption on Thursday, July 27th that impacted our database records from the 12 hour period starting 6pm Wednesday, July 26th, to 11am Thursday, July 27th Shanghai/Beijing Time. Any changes that occurred during this period have been deleted. Affected areas of the website include comments (weblog & lesson pods), the Word Bank and My Course. New users that registered for the free 7-day trial during this period will need to set up a new account.

    I Paypal’d you guys about US$100 K at that time to pay for my Cpod life membership, could you guys credit back that to my account. Ohh, if it’s too much, just refund the difference in 现金 (xian4 jin). Thx.

    Lantian, $100 K went missing from my paypal account overnight, but so far they have only tracked it to “somewhere in China.”
    I don’t mind either way, give me the cash or transfer your life membership, and then I won’t tell anyone :-)
