Training for Mandarin Teachers and Private Tutors

On Saturday the 24th of June, ChinesePod.com will host a free training seminar for Mandarin teachers and private tutors. The training session is available to any teacher with a basic teaching qualification or at least 1 year of teaching experience, and is completely free. The training will include: teaching techniques that are suited to foreign students, foreign student expectations, common difficulties foreign students face, and tips on how to find foreign students.

    I have a friend here in Toronto who is a Mandarin Teacher and would really benefit from this session. Do you plan to make transcripts of the training available ?

    The first training session was focused more onn what ChinesePod is and how it works. We’ll follow that up withe more academic training in a week or two. I think we’ll be able to post the academic content.
